We are NOT a nursing home! Libberty is a nursing-home alternative for seniors who require support with A.D.L.'s and social engagement. We offer live-in care staff in a private residential home setting with small resident: staff ratios. With a maximum occupancy of (4) our team is committed to offering attentive and personalized care to each individual resident, fostering a sense of well-being and fulfillment.

At the heart of Libberty is our exceptional team of caregivers, nurses, and support staff. All of our team members are CPR and First Aid certified through the American Heart Association and receive personalized training based on resident's need and preferences. Here at Libberty, we treat each member of our team as family, creating an environment of trust and comfort.
Our Homes
Our homes have been designed and decorated with our residents as the priority. Small resident to caregiver ratios ensures residents receive the attention and assistance they deserve and allow for more personalized care plans. We are happy to offer a range of activities and social opportunities to keep our residents engaged and stimulated, promoting both physical and mental well-being.
Social Engagement
We believe in keeping our residents vibrant and fulfilled through activities and social opportunities.
